In December 1995 I went to Somersault festival in Melbourne, among the most impressive line-up ever—Sonic Youth were playing. In my teen obsession I got a chance to ask one of their tour buddies to take a photo of Kim and Thurston on my camera. So I waited about 15 minutes with total trust she would return with my camera. When I got my photos developed I have to say I nearly cried. What a moment she captured, not only Kim and Thurston but a magic family moment with their daughter Coco. – Abicus
